I have been using the Open Beta version of DCS 2.5.2. Recent updates ( July 19th) to my DCS version has cause my opening screen to freeze at a 55% progression. I just assume it is an ED updating problem. Are we suppose to change to the new DCS 2.5 stable version? Does this make any sense to anyone?

I believe most of us are running the Open Beta. As of yesterday (July 20), the current version is 2.5.2.19682.

The servers are running this version, and I am running it as well. Have you tried running a repair on your install?

DaBomb, still no luck with launching repair on install under the Eagle Dynamics directory on my hard drive. Must of happened with the newest update. I will summit a job ticket to ED.

Thanks for the heads-up, Chic. I was thinking about a ED support ticket when I saw they do not support Open Beta 2.5 any longer. Then I decided to download the stable 2.5 DCS version. It works but I may not be able to access 229th server.
