Affiliation Bulletin
Some of you will have received an Affiliation request recently from Tiiga to join with the XPLOR organization for the primary purposes of proffered trade rates, logistical support and intelligence sharing.
Strut and I (and a few others) discussed the options available to us and have decided to accept their invitation on behalf of the Corporation as a whole as their goals align with ours as they currently stand. If you have been directly invited, please feel free to accept the affiliate invitation request. You will remain a primary member of IVC with an affiliation with XPLOR (currently at 5,000+ members).
We will review our position the closer we come to the release of the Persistent Universe when these relationships will actually matter, and make decisions on any affiliations that we forge up until then to decide if they will be maintained or not.
Prior to the release of the PU, organization level affiliations should be available and we can set these relationships that the top level without individuals having to worry about them.
If anybody has any concerns, please let me know

Re: STAR CITIZEN -
In relation to Highways post above keep in mind that we as an org -IVP- will be looking into alliances and relationships with other Orgs as we evolve, so the more "feelers" out the better. Knowledge is power, and info effects wealth creation, after all wealth buys ships and attracts others. Also loose lips sinks ships so disciplined OPSEC in regards to anything we talk about can and may have future repercussions.

It seems like the launch of the Arena went pretty well on the whole, but many of us had issues with the Warthog HOTAS.
See the linked article for an XML profile to fix it!

Thanks Highway, will be trying this tonight, also saw in the forums to make sure your Stick is #1 and throttle #2 in your game controller settings.

Ok ive worked out the SAITEK Pedals, through trial and error, so if you want "YAW" try this:
My controllers are: .1 Joystick .2 Throttle .3 Rudder Pedals
Newer version pending

Re: STAR CITIZEN -
Any new updates? I was having control issues before I left, not sure if I have to play mouse and keyboard until I can set up my own controls.

Re: STAR CITIZEN -
We can help you with that...
You'll need a custom XML file to map your buttons / axis across your controllers, and note that Star Citizen currently only sees your first 4 controllers as listed in your game controller properties window.
There is a custom XML map in the C Coy file browser on TS for a Warthog Joystick in slot 1, Warthog Throttle in slot 2 and Pedals in slot 3

Sounds great, I will look for u guys when I get back in a few days. I am going to fly with my X65 and I have a program that changes the order that my controlers are listed at if that helps.

Re: STAR CITIZEN -
If you've got a program to do that, it would be great... Does it work in Win 7 64 bit?
