For me, 229th Combined Mi8 Cockpit & Combined Sounds crash DCS boot up.

229th Combined Mi8 Cockpit MOD will stop DCS from starting....

It is the add-ons to the database for the UB32 S5's and the long range fuel tanks.

The code is correct but maybe DCS has added a check to the database.

Simple fix, open the mod in winzip or whatever and delete the scripts folder.... in the MOD that is, not under programme files ha ha...

There is a hotfix out. run your installers. No official word though yet but its 271 Mb

Can't you make the 229th mods optional? All these mods screw up the updates and cause chaos with the DCS/ED files. DCS is complex enough; intergrating these files just causes a nighmare... just say'in.

IJammer. you are mistaken.

Optional MODS, the ones mentioned in this thread are indeed Optional, you choose to use them.

The required MODS do not effect the game at all at the moment. Without them the game would be bland for helos.

If DCS is not working for you then you have issues elsewhere.
