I'm insanely jealous of your controllers!!! I know Komodo is pretty much tits up these days so I have been looking for a nice set. Looking at Puma Pro Flight controller/trainer for my set up this fall.......the collective isn't as Huey-y as I would like, but you gotta start somewhere; I been rollin' CH gear since 2010 so this will be totally different for me, and an upgrade for sure.

Hope it's as rad as your rig!!!!!!

Brizzly recently was shipped his controller from Komodosim, and I have been in contact with Rich from komodosim. He is getting back to business. He won't take orders till he has a new batch produced. I'm encouraged but time frame is still unknown.

Nice work. It great when you make a plan and then build it. Interesting choice of camo on your seat cover.

It's probably a good thing he stopped taking orders for a while. His family has had some crises and he had a bunch of backorders including mine which took about year to get filled.(A/229) Chic wrote:I'm encouraged but time frame is still unknown.
Those controls you want look alot more durable, for about half the price. Don't get me wrong, I love the komodosim controls (and UH-1 specific no less), but the 3D printed parts on mine are brittle and will break with any 'oops' torque. You can see from the pics I've had to JB weld my cyclic back together in 2 places, as well as fashion a new makeshift hat switch.(A/229) Shooter wrote:Hope it's as rad as your rig!!!!!!
lol.. Hey it doesn't need to blend in to successfully cushion my ass. But I am definitely considering an upgrade at some point!(A/229) Comanchero 86 wrote:Interesting choice of camo on your seat cover.
