I'm sending along pix of a UH1 pilot seat. Maybe you will find the pix useful for your simpit build. Unfortunately, our aircraft do not have the left side wing armor or the right side sliding plate armor installed. so I cannot provide you with those pix.

In one of the many Huey books I’ve read (guess it was "Rattler 1-7"), adjusting the seat in the lowest position was one of the first advices for a rookie copilot going into a hot LZ, to minimise exposure.

Yup, when I was in the 101st all my pilots flew with the seat all the way down and back.
