Hi everyone,

I've been looking around in the evenings to see if anyone is flying but I can't tell if there's a regular flying schedule around here? There doesn't seem to be anything on the calendar.

Just wanted to get up in the air at some point with the Huey.

Hi Studsmcgee, I think most members were waiting for the update to hit. Some had 1.2.7 and some were flying 1.2.8 Beta. Now that 1.2.8 has been officially released we will "all" be flying 1.2.8. Please look on the weekends as that is when you will see most members flying. Last weekend, I flew with three or four of the "B" guys (Europe) and four or five "A" guys (North American). We flew at all different time of the day and night and when you see us just jump in the Team Speak server and join up. I do check rides and training Friday thru Sundays and would like to work with you this weekend if you're available. I'll post some training date on the calendar but due to everyone's time zone difference and availability, flight time are hard to pin down. I just look for members who are sitting in the flight training room and pop in to see if they need help.

I just updated to 1.2.8

Also got on Teamspeak but I can't drag myself into the flight school channel. It says I don't have the required permissions. Any way to fix that?

Yea, an admin will have to assign you permissions so you can switch to our channels. In the mean time if you see anyone in our channels just send them a poke and ask them to pull you down. As soon as an admin, either me, Six, or Flight Mech, is on teamspeak with you we can assign you permissions...
