My friend and I tried our hand at some formation flying with my 1:12 scale R/C Blackhawks yesterday.  Sooo much fun.  Sorry for the potato quality of the pic -- some dude was shooting video and I had him grab this as a still photo and email it to me.  I hope to have the video as soon as I get it from the guy that shot it.

is this the model airfield at Chatfield state park?
cool pic....looks like a couple of real ones

Oh yes saw the video now and yes it is obviously chatfield....we stay at the RV park there when we visit Denver and I always wander over to the airfield and watch guys fly

Impressive...there were moments of very nice formation flight...you don't see that in R/C flying very much... cheers
