Hi everbody,

I am Freek, a 23-year old physics student from the Netherlands. Have been flying the virtual skies for as long as I can remember.

I've been itching for some more immersive, prepared missions in DCS multiplayer for quite a while. Even though I don't play that much, I would like to spend my DCS time on playing immersive missions with friends, rather than spending it looking for a server and then flying where there are no people on comms and/or no clear purpose.

The most memorable moments in DCS multiplayer were flying the Mi-8 in the big Airlift Mission some years ago, and then I remember a Blue Flag session where a bunch of helicopters infiltrated enemy airspace.

Thus, the choice for the 229th seems obvious.

My favourite modules are the Mi-8 and Mirage 2000, but I also like flying the UH-1H (though it could use some more power).
Other modules I own are: Ka-50, FC3, BF109, FW190, P-51D, CA, Hawk

Modules I am very much looking forward to are: BO-105, A-4E
I currently have both NTTR and Normandy, and am looking forward to getting SoH (though probably in a sale, after some content has been released)

Looking forward to flying with you and learning from you!

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Regards,
Fre@k
