After our HHC meeting last night I would like to formally welcome our new recruits from the 333VFW. As well as performing CAS and CAP in our missions some of them are keen to get up to speed with the Huey, I am sure you will all make them welcome and help them in any way you can to make their experience a good one
If Spectre and the guys can post up in this thread we can get the forum permissions etc established

I've only been on the server a couple of times, however, the warm welcome was amazing and I would like to thank both Specter and Cib for all their hard work in bringing the two squads together and I hope the merge will be fruitful for everyone concerned.
For myself, I am relatively new to DCS compared to most, in the last two months squad members from the 333 have been really patient, teaching me the intricacies of each module, as well as learning basic procedure, merging with the 229th will, I hope, allow me to further my training so I can start to contribute.
