Cosford Flight Sim Show

...well it was a bit of a damp squib for Rotor Heads. One guy (who I may have recruited to the 229th!) Had a personal setup running with the DK2. I was able to show off my skills but only in 2D as the Rift was uppity but his custom built collective cyclic and pedals were lovely to use . No Helo sims running apart from the aforementioned. If any is interested. It almost made me wish we'd setup a 229th Air Cavalry stand!
Chillblast PCs were there too and had a Rift hooked up to one of their PCs but hardly anyone was showcasing VR! Did meet some old guys who are scratch buildi g s Spitfire Sim to run using DCS and a fully functiining mk1 Lancaster simulator email jackmajor99@gmail.com for details. Everyone I spoke to was really intetested in DCS but it was only running on one PC I saw.
Oh well still a good day out!
