Kiwi,

I know Mike, he was once one of our "LAN mates" here in the MSP area (back when we flew Falcon 4.0 and Jane's F/A-18 exclusively). He's a great guy, ran a little "flight simulation" outlet for years (A.C.E.S in a strip mall in the burbs of Minneapolis) using "IL-2" and "Hornet Korea" for his sims (was very popular). He then moved his business to the world famous "Mall of America", and it really became wildly popular ( http://www.flyaces.com/ ....I can't help but laugh watching a dude flying a flight sim with a helmet on...hehe). He developed the "wrap around" view, and the last I talked to him, he was in negotiations with the military.

He's a great guy, a HUGE flight sim nut, and I hope he becomes very rich with his product!

yeah the helmet was a bit much lol
BBall was that rig game ready or does he use the software with the simulator?
Looks like something great for real life training for sure.
