You'll need a Driving wheel to get the most out of it,  but YES it can be driven with  other controllers.

My lap times are getting better the more I Trade Paint & out corner the AI (or whomever I'm in the multiplayer---heheheheh

That does look bloody great fun there Hawke, il have to do some "soul searching" to consider it.
