Hey all,

My name is Dimitris (Dims), 50yrs old, and i live in Greece. I ve been flying Fsx and Xplane GA planes for some time now.
At some point i thought to take a break and try some rotors. And i ve got the bug...

I'm pretty green on it with about 14hrs on Hughes 500D and 40hrs on UH-1H.
As i dont want to fly anything else but the huey i thought to search for a squadron to be a member of.
So i found you and i'm pretty excited about it.

I 've read the UH-1H manual and Chuck's guide and right now i'm reading the FFA's Helicopter Flying Handbook. I really know nothing but i'm eager to learn more about this beautifull bird and its operations as close as it gets to real world. I'm not a fast learner, but i'm a hard worker. So you have to be patient with me at the beggining.

Got everything setup as per yours instructions, but i need to test SRS and mods.

Hello Dims, welcome to the 229th. You’ll find all the guys here very friendly and super helpful so I’m sure you’ll definitely have a great time here at the 229th.

The instructors and Admin guys all monitor this page very closely so rest assured that one of them will be along shortly to get you all enlisted and help you get setup ready to attack the big blue sky… :-)
