Hi,
I've read over your membership FAQ and thus am here to request membership into the 229th. Here are my vitals.

My call-sign is DubDub which I earned back in the 80's while Air Warrior III. My call-sign then was =WW= so people just started calling me DubDub!
I'm 55 and semi retired career computer programmer.
I live in Ontario, Canada.
I have a real pilots licence for fixed wing and I've done a couple hours in a Robinson 22 along with some ground school.

As far as DCS goes, I own most of the aircraft. I was an expert in F18's with carrier landings as most are but I gravitated to the ground pounding and support roles.
I started with the Gazelle and once I got hovering that down pat, the Huey was a dream.
These days I hang out at Hoggit or on the 104th server flying Hawk sites and man pads emplacements out to irritate the locals. ;D
When I'm on Hoggit I like to tool over to Kobuletti in a Huey and hover up close and personal with the parked planes, checking them out to practice my hover and maneuvering skills.

I've been looking for a Helo squad for over a year now so I was surprised to find you.

Hello Dubdub, welcome to the 229th. You’ll find all the guys here very friendly and super helpful so I’m sure you’ll definitely have a great time here at the 229th.

The instructors and Admin guys all monitor this page very closely so rest assured that one of them will be along shortly to get you all enlisted and help you get setup ready to attack the big blue sky… :-)

It’s also the best place to get all the help you need to get setup to fly on our servers. So join up soon and come say hello… definitely don’t be shy, as I said we’re all a very friendly bunch.
