I am still to try this but Kegetys made a lot of visual mods for OFP and ARMA so I guess it will be top notch

It claims to be tailored to the Vive.  I tried it on mine, and other than overall lower framerate I don't notice a difference in VR.  My streaming output is wonky though, you can see exactly what's happening, where its losing its antialiasing and where its just giving up rendering anything meaningful (in the corners of the screen).

I got an error talked about later in the comments on that thread in the OP, some file called glass.hlsl had to be removed from the mod.  After that it worked, just with low framerate and obnoxious streaming quality.
