I’m in 2 day recurrent training. Paco has been out here for more than a month now. He has been on Military leave and is going through the full training a new hire would get.

That is awesome guys! Pretty cool when flight sim bro's can meet up face to face (one of the perks of traveling for a living, eh?) I try to meet up with Showtime when I'm in Portland if at all possible.

BTW, I did my yearly sim checks in Denver last year (for the last few years, Delta has been renting one of the United 767 simulators since we're flooded with new-hire pilots in our own). I "may" be there again early next month for my two-day "fun" in the sim...if it looks like that's where they'll be sending me, I'll get in touch and buy you blokes a beer (at least Paco it sounds like).

cheers cheers cheers

BBall it's always a pleasure when we do get to meet up, I still have the pic of us in the cockpit of the Spruce Goose at the Evergreen Museum in my office.

Agreed Show! It's by far, the best part of my PDX layovers! I too have the pic from the Evergreen Museum (with us two ugly blokes in the front seats of the Spruce Goose) proudly displayed! Was a great day indeed!

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
