Attention all aircrew.

Next thursday we have a couple of guests who have requested to fly with us to see how we do it. Chromium who created DAWS mission saving mod and Flanker one of his colleagues from AMVI ( http://www.amvi.it/ ) . They have asked to have a couple of KA-50's and are along to observe how we operate to help create a multi organisation MP mission similar to this https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=178468. I imagine it will be a similar experience to the 132nd mission some of us where lucky enough to fly.
With this in mind please bring your A game on Thursday. Lets have brevity for our coms, tight formations and a professionalism that I know we are capable of when we try.
@Painter I believe you have a new mission in the pipeline, would it be possibly ready for next Thursday? Can you include a pair of Kamov's for our guest please and some fixed wing assets for those who need them. If not I can provide a mission suitable for the evening.

Prior to the mission I hope we can get some training in. There is Flubber and Mezelf who will need some guidance regarding SOP's and start training for their checkrides. Please contact EvilIvan by PM to arrange some additional training or to sit the checkride for basic wings

There is also an ongoing discussion with Pono from the 355th regarding some combined operations either cooperatively or adversarialy so we will be needing pilots for this too. Further details will be posted when available.

Just one more thing B company, please move to a mission channel or the B Co channel when flying, leave the lobby and officers club rooms free for chit chat and organising flying.

Having not heard from Painter I will suggest Defend Zugdidi, this is the mission we tried once before and got our asses kicked. I will try to contact showtime to see if he has a newer version

We have 2 pilots flying KA50's from AMVI and they are coming to see how we do things and how CTLD works in a MP mission. This is so they can design a large scale MP mission with various virtual squadrons taking part. Including the 229th if we are up for it!!!

Also we have had 3 new members for B Co joining in the last week and I have hopes we will meet up with them on Thursday. Nighthawk, Flubber and Chippy there is also Mezelf who joined a while ago and would like to get involved. So good news for Gisen as he is no longer the FNG
 Please look after them and show them the ropes if myself and Ivan are not around

If possible for the mission can we have a very strong CAP as the su25's really do some damage. @Spectre et al

And to finish this snippet I am promoting both Painter and Blade as Aircraft Commanders which in real terms means I think they are both suitably competent to lead formations and take flight lead when required. This is an internal promotion and will not carry a step in rank or medals

Regarding mission: I have nothing ready so far and it will take a while until I have a new mission ready to fly. So - it is alright with the mission you choose.
