Dear Sirs,
With the expansion of B company and the introduction of our new training program. I would request the promotion to the Rank of WO2 to EvilIvan for services to the Company, his fearless exploits and the saving of countless lives from hot LZ's with no regard to the safety of himself, crew or aircraft in his endeavors to save the lives of his fellow men are legend.
His immaculate grooming standards are a reflection of the high standards he sets himself and of course reflects highly on the company as a whole and as consequence the battalion.
His officer like ways will stand him in good stead in his tough new appointment.

On a more serious note he has become a valuable member of the community and is normally the voice of reason in most circumstances.
Is a very good pilot and is more than capable of being the named pilot for check rides in the absence of Myself or an IP.
With more people coming through the door to join our group and with the advent of the training the need for support in the admin/trainer/mission creation/scheduling department has become more apparent.

Therefor to go with the rank of WO2 I respectfully request the transfer of EvilIvan to Bravo Company XO

Good, isn't it? ...multi crew really opens up a whole load of options with having an airborne player not dedicated to flying, who can act as FAC(A) or Mission Commander or scout...
