Tried to connect TS as always, no setting changed: "Failed to connect". Is it just me, or something is really wrong?

Most likely you. A failure to connect is most likely a firewall issue, but to troubleshoot have you tried joining in any other channels?

Yesterday it was again flapping. Afternoon connection OK, evening "Failed to connect". Found anything as a cause?...

Just a reminder -- if you are relying on the TeamSpeak monitor on this site to determine whether the TS server is up or down, don't. It is quite unreliable and often reports the server as "down" (like right now, as a matter of fact) when it is actually quite happily online.
