New flyables with 3D cockpits include;
8 F-16 Models, including a dual seat, dual control F-16D
4 F/A-18 Models (including Carrier Ops)
AV-8B (including Carrier Ops)
Tornado
MiG-29A

Looks much better low down in the weeds than it did, lots of new features and effects, but... It still uses a pretty crappy tiling system for the terrain that you notice when you're up around 10k (much worse than DCS).

I downloaded it yesterday.

Graphics are better. It has nicer models and with the inclusion of trees and better terrain titles, if you don't look too closely sometimes when you look down, its almost DCS-like.

The audio remains the same and is unimpressive. It is not nearly as immersive as DCS. For example, compare the afterburner sound of the Viper vs a DCS jet and you will know what I mean.

The carrier stuff is a nice inclusion and pretty well done. (DCS would do well to take some pointers from it)

As for the other aircraft now flyable, my big issue is the flight modelling: they all 'feel' like you are flying a Viper just with slightly different performance stats. I also note the avionics modelling for all aircraft is the same too. Hence, there is a lot of samness going on. So I will be definitely waiting for the DCS release of the Mirage 2000 and the Bug and will not be using BMS for said aircraft.

That said, if you want to fly the Viper itself, this is your sim. The FM and ASM are quite realistic (well as realistic as they can be for an aircraft that is not fully declassified). This upgrade will make the experience all the better.

I installed it and having a little fun with it, brings back a lot of memories and did you know you can fly the F4 Phantom wit a 3D pit? Actually you can fly 14 different ver of F4. I have built couple of mission in TE and flying the F-4G module doing some wild weasel run, lot of fun. BMS 4.33 also has 3D pits for f-15, JA37 and Mirage 2000.

I'll be on starting at 7:00 am PST this Sunday morning if anyone want's to try some Co-op mission.

Can some one post some picture or videos of the tornado? I am just wondering about the quality and fidelity. The harrier would be nice to see as well.
