I was talking to some of you guys last night about how the cockpit on the Dora changed and I started a thread on the DCS forum:

I think they are saying that it should be metal so I don't know why you folks still have wood (pun intended Wink)

Why dont you try and light it and see if it burns ?............ clown I dont use any cockpit mods for the Dora and mine is changed to metal.

For those of you who have a wooden A-frame can you please confirm the version of the Dora module is (not the DCS World but the specific module since they can be different).

The new frame looks almost exactly like this:

It's a really simple one... Those with a Wooden canopy frame are those of us using the 1st release of the English cockpit mod in the 229th Combined FW-190 Mod which was made back when the wooden cockpit was the stock one.

I've just updated to version 1.2 that now has the metal frame

Yes, although it was version 1.0 that we originally added to the 229th Combined FW-190 pack.
