the use as sim-soft a modified DCS with the Belsimtek Huey module

Very cool. Let us know how it compares to our current DCS Huey module. I'd be interested to see how similar it is.

it is a fixed base sim with a 200° grp-screen.
they took the canopy from one of the last UH-1D at Helicopter Muesum Bückeburg and bring it up to a sim.
the 30 minutes cost $80
i hope it's worth the money...

yesterday no time for wing-training. maybe that sim will be my future livingroom

i'll probably get a new parttime job as an IP in that sim  
the company has no one for the base in Hamburg who know DCS.
i think i have to learn fast a lot of flyingskills, most hovering, etc....  
this is just for fun, but i think some of the people that pay for 1 hour or more want to have the best service they can get...

how that happend to me:
i went with my wife to the grand opening yesterday and i talked to the owner ot the Huey Canopy (yes a real flight-sim canopy)
and after i flew 10 minutes with him, he say: "ok i go for lunch and be back in 60 minutes, you can show the people how to fly and
show them the sim." so this is what i did. he came back 2 hours later and my wife told me that he has talked to her, he like what i
did in the two hours so he gave me recommendation to the owner of the company, that he should take me as an IP for the Huey.

it is the same version that we use exept of the instruments, these are extra programmed from DCS.
and he have the v1.5 (no beta).
for the paying guests the use DCS in arcade mode, they should have fun for the money, so i'll not
have problems with flying, it is so easy.
in sparetime i fly the sim in simulation mode, than i can tell you more.
