I cant login. It doesnt recognise my details.
When I try to get a new password it doesnt recognise my details either?

Not sure what would cause this issue but did you make sure you provided, or excluded, spaces in your user name?

I had it pointed out to me recently that my uniform tie waznt quite straight (no coy before name) and changed things.
I didnt realise it changes your login details as well.
Realised thanks to Flyer's advice to a fellow flyer having the same problem.

In future if any 'cherries' cant login its probabley because they have now got there uniform straight.
