I've often looked at this SIM with a longing that one day, this is what Combined Arms will be (Yeah, I know...). I've always wanted to give it a go and see how good it is, and if it really is the DCS of Tank Warfare, but there was no way I was going to pay $115 to find out...

eSIM have changed the sales model so that you can now pay as you go for access to Steel Beasts. You can still buy it outright, then pay for upgrades as and when they come (Aussie loves these Wink

) or you can pay as you go and always run the latest version...

1 month access = $9.50
4 month access = $24.50
1 year access = $39.50

The other beauty of this model is that you don't need one of those stupid USB dongles to authenticate it and there is a software version for the PAYG model, so you can download and start playing straight away!

This makes it much more appealing and I've gone ahead and jumped in for a months access to take a look around. Not much to report yet other than I'm liking what I see from a quick 10 minutes on the gunnery range and that I'll probably jump on the Annual license when the month expires.

Long video, but it's a good indicator of what you can do, and it's a great example of what happens when you have crap situational awareness and try to manage too many assets on your own!

So $240 WOW Cheap sim all in US dollar too.

So I guess the measly 1 month US $9.50 is good value.

Jump on-board and get it cheap.

Your story here sounds obscene Aussie, First you broke your dongle, now your buttkicker vibrates like crazy, it cost $240 US, so my question is - what kind of sick MF are you ..........................................? lol!
