Hello, my name is Juergen AKA Scorpio47, and I am 71 years old. I am a real life private pilot SEL with IFR rating and over 800 hours as PIC. Unfortunately due to health probolems my licence lapsed and I am confined to the PC now.
But there too I have a long history, started out in the late 1980s with the Commodore C64 and the Huey Sim there, then Sublogic´s A.T.P. and Microsoft FSII up and including FSX, then P3D, XPlane and since about six months now also DCS.

I am a rookie in DCS and have not yet mastered that excellent simulation program as well as the tutorials for the UH-1 and other planes I own.
However the UH-1 is my favorite and I would very much like to learn more about that bird and how to fly it properly.
Dring my search for information and help I found your group and I do hope that a membership here will help me to master the Gunship and become a useful element of your group.

I live in Belgium, near Antwerp but have a German passport.

I am very much looking forward to hearing from you and eager to learn.
