Finally reached my target weight of 80(79ish) kg after 8 weeks of hard work and a 24 kg loss! Back to eating burgers (kidding :p)

I have to get back to my fighting weight too. Gained almost 40kg after my heart attack, but thats probably from the alcohol and depression after that.

@Utley, I am sorry to hear that, make sure that you visit your local Private trainer and Doctor before doing anything. Heart attacks are not something you play around with
