All,

This is just a recommendation. If you are requesting assistance, it is extremely helpful to have a software called Teamviewer installed on your computer. What is Teamviewer? It's a software that allows other computers to remote into your desktop/laptop. Access to you PC is a "one time" for the person helping you out. Each time you close the teamviewer program, the password for your PC changes. Just an added bonus, teamviewer is also available on the iPhone. So if your out and about, you can control your PC from anywhere.
