Operation Eagles Summit - Thursday mission 26-11-201
Hi Chaps,
NAKED has put together a progressive Campaign (which is saved using DAWS scripts)
PLEASE READ THE BRIEF AS ITS AS CLOSE TO REAL LIFE AS WE CAN MAKE IT
BRIEFING
UPDATE: 26-11-2016
Hi All, I have managed to get DAWS working on my machine and elements of the mission have been edited to remove the problematic ariframes (DCS problem specific)
I will be hosting the mission tonight if anyone wants to join as I have the bandwidth and this may have been a contributing factor when Naked hosted (as DAWS wasnt working on my machine at the time)
REQUIREMENTS:
229th Server Pack 1.2 (Place the Mods folder in your saved games/DCS.) directory - DOWNLOAD
HeliPads 1.5 (JSGME Compatable) - DOWNLOAD
Thanks Guys

If your running this Thursday we need at least double the huey slots I am afraid, its not uncommon to get 12 + huey pilots on any given gaming night

One more thing that occurred to me. I believe there is a problem with sling loads. Certainly on the 1.5.5 open jungle map, attach cargo leads to either damaged cargo or a winch effect that pulls the chopper into the ground at high speed. It needs verification but it will be a mission killer if it is indeed the case.

thanks Cib,
there is no need for sling loads as its been done differently.

Hi Specter,
Blade reporting for any Huey duty. (Or say how do you want us to book: quote your post and edit text, or?...)
Please state if and which SR version is going to be used, so everybody can make his homework before going online.
Over and out

Re: Operation Eagles Summit - Thursday mission 26-11-201
Just a heads up for the guys who normally attend the Thursday evening sessions. This week there are limited slots available whilst we run Naked's new campaign. Please get signed up for your slots early. Spectre will be hosting the campaign so Dabomb's servers will still be available for anyone unable to claim a slot. More slots will be available AFAIK in future updates to the campaign so you will not necessarily miss out if you can't make the first one.
@Specter if we have less experienced slick guys signing up can we reserve the right to change slots to keep them together in the main huey group please

Re: Operation Eagles Summit - Thursday mission 26-11-201
Hi Specter
what time do you want to start?
I also suspect we will have Painter and possibly Metzger, Sleipner and Razorback. The 3 seperate huey flights are obviously part of the plan but is one group more important IE will it be best to have the UN choppers over the Casevac ones or if we only get 2 more pilots will we have 1 ship in 2 flights ?
