Javelina - requesting to join

Hola Group,

I'm hoping to join up with you all, really enjoy flying the Huey.

Yes, I'm +21 years of age, (probably old enough to be a father to most of you). Razz

I live near the former WAFB here in Arizona. (Look it up, you'll see).

Do I fly flight sims? you bet! Been flying since the late 80's. Falcon 1.0 and Chuck Yeager's initial thingy. Rather than list my history of sims, I'll mention the ones I love (as of now). BMS Falcon (yes, she's a hoot), and DCS. I own most all of the modules. In particular, I enjoy flying the 109, F-86, and the Huey the most.

To be honest, it was Skullz's sound Mod that directed me to you folks. That has been an incredible addition to DCS, and I've been flying the Huey so much more. Lots of fun, but I must admit, I need to practice my landings a bit. Plus, how to work the radio settings. Everything else, (ramp start, etc), are working just fine.

I can usually fly on Friday evening's and Saturday. Sunday's I have other flight/sim commitments. Regardless, due to my Father and my Neighbor, both serving in the US Army, I definitely have an interest in mastering the Huey. (Neither were Flight/WO, but still, they were Army) Very Happy
