Thanks to C Coy for letting me in. Looking forward to flying with you. Anyway as I'm an ex RAAF Aircraft Tech that worked on these old girls for nearly 10yrs, I thought I would share some pics.

The following is 5 of RAAF's 8 Iroquois stationed at El Gorah in the Sinai back in the early 80's. I gather you spotted the lack of main rotor heads? Just so happens that a Huey back in Townsville (35Sqn) auto'd in with massive 1to1 vibs. Investigations revealed the main rotor yoke had cracked! So to cut a ;long story short, all Australian Hueys were grounded, heads removed and sent for overhaul and NDI.
Back in the Sinai, all groundies headed to the bar whilst the Aircrew washed the aircraft. Took around 4 days to get the first head back.....lot's of alcohol was consumed I'll tell you!!!

That bottom pic has the old 162 Recce Squadron Hangar in the background (Kiowa's) you can just see a Kiowa under the left hand BushRanger. I can honestly say i can remember those days and most of the flights that we did with them. But what i would like from you is a good pic of A2-295 with the RAAF Markings, so i can do that skin for you. I already have it done in Army markings in the "Barracuda" camouflage. Heres a historic one for posterity -

Thx Phil, they are good enough, although i wouldn't mind a better fidelity pic of the roo. Il see if i can draw one in the mean time.

Pretty hard to find....here is a better one tho.
