I am active in the Eagle Dynamic forums and fly both Huey and Mi-8 exclusively.
I have been an active member of the zeus community for 12 years and co-own the zeus servers catering for Arma III (which I never play anymore)
I am 48 years old run a Bed and breakfast from our Farmhouse in Northumberland so in the summer when we are full I will be brief and quiet on Teamspeak.

Just a quick question. Do I put down my flying hours that I have or is it flying hours gained flying official missions?

I dont think many of us are recording them for the forum anymore, if we do its just for our own info, we did use a little program designed and made by one of our members, but it broke and therefore  we stopped using it. Anyway up to you mate.

In your case Cib I would record it just for check ride purposes. If nothing has changed there is a minimum flight time requirement for each level of wings.

Funny thing, the wife unit and I ran a B&B for several years also! Lots of scrubbing toilets and sitting on the porch telling flying yarns to the customers over a beer (or three). Funny business to be sure...
