Hello,

My name's Craig, based out of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

My dad was an airframe tech with the RCAF, I grew up around helicopters and always thought they were cool. Did some flight training, and work with pilot and ground crew type people now. I did a bit of pilot training a long time ago too, I didn't pass the ground school test (I didn't study enough) but did go through the full course.

Now that hardware and software can actually do proper helicopter simulation (including weapons and radar and stuff) it is an exciting time, i just found out about this group and would love to join because the AI in DCS Huey is insane. I like how you guys have a training program and stuff, I'm starting to get comfortable with around 5 flight hours so far. Hope to put in a bunch more.

NOE is the place to be...

thanks ya'll! glad to be here, i haven't done any online type gaming in many winters. this seems just the thing to get me back into it.

in case anyone is bored or interested, i've put together a huey flying playlist on youtube. should be self explanatory, mostly vietnam era type music. if you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them! the playlist should be public.
